I’m Brooklynne. For years, my world was defined by the hustle—first as a collegiate soccer player, and later, through finishing six Half Ironmans. But eventually, my body asked me to slow down.
Today, as a mindful health and wellness coach and certified yoga teacher, I help others do the same. My work is designed to help you soften your edges, slow down, and feel safe returning home to yourself. Together, we blend movement, breath, ritual, and The Blanket Method—a signature grounding practice created to calm your nervous system and reconnect you with your quiet center.
